Production

Most OUROPROXY products are manufactured to order.

Production typically requires approximately 3 months, while products using special materials or surface treatments may require additional time.

We believe exceptional craftsmanship cannot be rushed.

Limited Production

Most mainline products are available only during a 7-day pre-order window and are permanently discontinued once production has concluded.

Selected products may return in future limited production batches or become part of our Permanent Collection.

Shipping

Orders are shipped worldwide.

Tracking information will be emailed automatically once your order has been dispatched.

Import duties, VAT, customs clearance fees, or other local taxes are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise specified.

Product Information

Every OUROPROXY product is precision CNC machined.

Minor machining marks, natural color variation, stonewashed textures, and surface differences are normal characteristics of premium metal craftsmanship rather than product defects.

Due to international shipping regulations, certain accessories such as lubricants or thread lockers may be removed from shipments to specific countries.

Mechanical Products

Some products feature sophisticated mechanical structures and modular customization systems.
