Q: Where can I buy your products?
Global users can purchase directly from proxyedc.com, and users in Greater China can also purchase from ProxyEDC's Taobao store and WeChat group.
Q: Are all your products pre-orders?
Unless otherwise specified, all products are pre-order items.
Q: Do I pay now for pre-order items or later?
Proxyedc.com requires full payment upon checkout completion. Your items will be shipped at a later date. You can check the estimated shipping time on the pre-order page above the "Add to Cart" button.
Q: How long does it take for in-stock or pre-made items to ship?
Orders for in-stock, pre-sale, or limited edition items are estimated to ship within 60 days of ordering. If it exceeds 60 days, please visit proxyedc.com/contact or contact Taobao's official store customer service depending on your purchase channel.
Q: Are the prototypes the same as the final product?
The product photos and advertisements you see are prototypes, not the final product. Some elements or designs may change during production.
Q: What time and timezone are sales conducted in?
Unless otherwise specified, product sales begin at 20:00 Beijing time.
Q: Do I need to register an account?
We recommend registering an account. You can register at the top of the navigation bar or upon checkout completion. It's an easy way to track your order history and shipping status.
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
Currently, we accept PayPal. Other options may be available in the future.
Q: Does my order include shipping?
Unless otherwise specified, shipping worldwide is included in your pre-order fee. Some items may have specific shipping options.
Refund/Return/Cancellation:
Q: What is your refund and return policy?
Refunds and returns are subject to ProxyEDC's sole discretion. ProxyEDC reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.
Q: Can I cancel my order?
If you request a cancellation within 24 hours of purchase, you may be eligible for a full refund.
Cancellation requests made after 24 hours of purchase may be subject to a 30% cancellation fee and deposit retention.
The result of the order cancellation will be determined by ProxyEDC at its sole discretion.
Q: My product has not arrived. What should I do?
Please contact customer service using the contact form. Lost products will be refunded in USD for the amount stated on the product listing. Please visit proxyedc.com/contact or contact Taobao's store customer service depending on your purchase channel.
Wholesale:
Q: Does ProxyEDC do wholesale or retail?
Yes, some products are available for wholesale. Please add proxy8888 as a WeChat friend or Email to sale@proxyedc.com, and our sales representative will contact you.
Shipping:
Q: Do you ship to my country?
Unless otherwise specified, we ship worldwide.
Q: Where do you ship from?
Most products are shipped directly from warehouses in China, and some are shipped from warehouses in the United States. It depends on the buyer's purchase area.
Q: When will my item be shipped?
Please check the "Shipping" page on proxyedc.com for the shipping status of your product. Once a tracking number is available, customers will be provided with that number.
Q: Where is my shipping notification?
When a tracking number is generated, you will receive a shipping notification with your tracking number. If you haven't received an email notification, please check your SPAM folder for the email or contact our customer service.
Q: When will my item arrive?
Arrival time will vary depending on location, country, and courier service. Some countries may experience longer delays, and we appreciate your patience.
Q: Who pays for any VAT, import taxes, or customs fees/duties?
Customers are responsible for paying any and all customs, VAT, or import taxes that may arise upon arrival in your country.

Product Precautions:

Due to the region you are located in, some accessories such as screw glue and lubricant may not be shipped. In such cases, we will remove them from the package and resend it, and inform you via email.

Most of our products undergo various surface treatment processes, which may result in different color differences and varying degrees of vintage effects. For CNC engraving, some knife marks may be inevitable. If you are concerned about this, please purchase with caution.

Some products have a certain degree of precision and assembly difficulty, and some products offer ample DIY modification options. It is recommended to have a basic understanding of mechanics before purchasing. If you encounter issues such as disassembly, DIY modifications, or troubleshooting, please contact us promptly. We will provide instructions or video tutorials to assist you.
