Some plated it with dazzling metal, while others carved inexplicable symbols onto its surface, as if performing some ancient ritual.

Scattered around it were unidentified parts and tools—

some fitted with Gauss propulsion magazines, others equipped with single-shot explosive rounds.

Its once-tiny frame now carried an absurdly destructive force.
Ready to embrace a new beginning!

To the rebels, it was a treasure in the black market, a cheap yet lethal weapon to overthrow imperial rule.

Every pull of the trigger seemed to echo with the collapse of the imperial machine.

It changed hands once again.

The new owner examined it for a long while, then flashed a sly smile.

In the hands of thugs, it became a tool for chaos.

They shouted slogans of justice while committing the most violent acts.

And through it all, the weapon remained silent—

for it knew it was merely a tool, neither good nor evil.

The true sin lay in the hands that gripped it.

In some corner of the galaxy, it now lay quietly in a worn-out box. All those who had once wielded it were gone.

Now, it seemed to ponder: "What exactly is this ‘utopia’ people speak of?"

"All I know is that every time I fire, someone falls."

In the stillness of night, it whispered: "Perhaps utopia is built on the sound of my gunfire."

Rust slowly accumulated.

It had been a witness to countless conflicts, a creator of fleeting hope...

Too long had passed. It reflected on its absurdly long life. Maybe this time, it had truly fulfilled its purpose.

But had utopia ever been achieved? It wondered, curious.
